Some Confusion on Metro Chapter 1

Hey, everyone!
We've gotten a number of questions from folks who received Metro Chapter 1 but not the rest of their order. For some reason, Metro Chapter 1 was sent out separately from the other books. I totally get why that may be confusing, but you will definitely be getting the rest of your order! Sorry for the inconvenience!
Update on Shipping!

Just got an update from fulfillment.
All US, EU, and RoW softcover orders have been shipped! If you haven't gotten yours, you should be getting it soon!
Hardcovers arrive from the printer on the 19th. They'll get kitted and packaged as soon as they arrive and start shipping to US, EU, and RoW.
As soon as those all go out, there will be a pickup for all UK books. Those will go to an overseas warehouse, where they will be distributed.
So, by the week after San Diego Comic Con, everyone will either have their books or they will be on the way.
Keep in mind that non-US can take up to three weeks.
Metro Trades Have Arrived!

The Fulfillment Team reached out to let me know that, while the printer was a little late getting the trades to us, they have arrived in the warehouse! We'll be doing one last Quality Check (Walt, Brian, and I will be reviewing the physical copies for the first time tomorrow) and they will start shipping! As we noted previously, the hardcovers are currently being bound, and they will arrive and go out shortly after the trades!
